LogicReader โ Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to paid LogicReader plans. LogicReader is provided by CosmosPM Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16886156.
Who sells to you
We sell paid plans through our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle takes your payment and processes every refund.
Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so no refund applies to it.
30-day money-back guarantee
If LogicReader is not right for you, you can have a full refund of the first payment of a new paid subscription. Ask within 30 days of the date of that payment.
- The guarantee applies once per customer. The customer is the person or organisation that pays.
- It covers the first payment only. It does not cover renewal payments or any later charge on the same subscription.
- When we refund a payment under the guarantee, we also cancel the subscription immediately, and access to paid features ends.
Renewals
A paid subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. Renewal payments are not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund (see "Your legal rights" below).
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep your paid plan until then, and you will not be charged again.
To cancel, e-mail us at contact@cosmospm.com.
How to ask for a refund
Paddle handles refunds for all our orders. You can ask in either of these ways:
- Paddle: use the support link in the receipt e-mail that Paddle sent you, or go to paddle.net and select "Request refund".
- Us: e-mail contact@cosmospm.com from the address you used to buy, and give the date of the payment. We will pass your request to Paddle.

Your legal rights
This policy does not reduce your statutory rights. In particular:
- If you buy as a consumer (an individual acting wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession), you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after the day you buy. If you asked for the service to start within those 14 days, you may have to pay for the part already supplied.
- If digital content we supply to you as a consumer is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, such as a repair or replacement, or a price reduction.
- Where the law gives you a wider right to cancel, or to a refund, than this policy does, that right applies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will publish each new version on this page. A change will not take away a guarantee that already applied to a payment made before the change.
