LogicReader
Acceptable Use Policy
1.Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using LogicReader fairly and lawfully during the free beta. It applies to everyone who accesses LogicReader with a licence key. By using LogicReader, you agree to follow these rules.
2.You must not
- upload malware, viruses, or unlawful content of any kind;
- upload data you have no right to share, including third-party personal data where you have no lawful basis to share it;
- upload confidential or commercially sensitive live project data โ this free, uncertified beta is for sample or anonymised schedules only; if in doubt, anonymise first;
- attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service, including any form of penetration testing without our prior written permission;
- use automated scripts, bots, or similar tools to scrape or bulk-extract data from LogicReader;
- share your account or licence key with anyone else;
- resell LogicReader, or offer access to it, to any third party;
- use LogicReader's AI features to generate unlawful or infringing content, or in a way that breaches Anthropic's Usage Policy;
- misrepresent LogicReader's output as CosmosPM-certified professional advice;
- attempt to reverse-engineer LogicReader or extract its underlying methods.
3.Fair use
Beta access is subject to reasonable resource limits, such as caps on AI usage and storage quotas. These limits may change as the beta develops. We may throttle or restrict use that places an abusive load on the service, whether or not it is intentional.
4.Enforcement
If you breach this policy, we may take action proportionate to the severity of the breach, including a warning, temporary suspension, licence key revocation, or account deletion. Where activity is unlawful, we may report it to the relevant authorities.
5.Reporting
If you become aware of abuse, or a breach of this policy, please tell us at abuse@cosmospm.com or contact@cosmospm.com.
