LogicReader
Beta End User Licence Agreement (EULA)
Plain-English summary
- You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use LogicReader during the free beta — one licence key per person, no sharing.
- The standard plan is £18/month, but it costs £0 while the beta runs. That does not mean it stays free forever.
- We can revoke your key or end the beta at any time. Nothing here promises a future paid product on the same terms.
- Moving to a paid licence later is always your choice — we will never auto-convert you without asking.
- LogicReader's software, algorithms, and analysis methods stay ours. Your project data and content stay yours.
- This is beta software: it may have bugs, downtime, or gaps. Do not treat its output as professional advice without checking it yourself.
- Any feedback you send us, we can use freely to improve the product — for free, forever.
- This summary is a convenience only. The numbered clauses below are what actually governs.
If anything in this summary conflicts with the clauses below, the clauses control.
1.Licence grant (beta)
CosmosPM Ltd ("CosmosPM", "we", "us") grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable licence to access and use LogicReader ("the Software") during the beta period, subject to this Agreement. The licence is tied to one licence key per user; you may not use a key issued to someone else, and your key may not be used by anyone else.
During the beta, LogicReader's standard plan (normally £18/month) is made available to you at £0. This is a beta accommodation, not a permanent price. We give no commitment that £0 pricing continues, that the beta continues indefinitely, or that any specific feature set remains free. At commercial release, CosmosPM may offer paid licences on different terms. If we do, conversion from your beta access to a paid licence is always an explicit opt-in action on your part — we will not move you to a paid plan, or charge you, without your clear agreement.
2.Intellectual property
The Software, and all underlying source code, algorithms, analysis methods, models, designs, and documentation, are and remain the property of CosmosPM (or its licensors). Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property right in the Software to you. You retain all rights in the schedule data, project files, and other content you upload to or create within LogicReader ("your content"). You grant CosmosPM only the rights needed to host, process, and display your content in order to provide the Software to you.
3.Restrictions
You must not, and must not permit anyone else to:
- share your licence key, or use a licence key issued to another person (one key per user);
- resell, sublicence, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your access to any third party;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, in whole or in part;
- scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data, content, or outputs from the Software;
- use the Software, or any output from it, to benchmark or evaluate a competing product;
- attempt to derive, reconstruct, or infer the analysis methods, scoring logic, or algorithms underlying the Software.
4.Distribution
The free beta is offered exclusively through logicreader.io. You may not redistribute, mirror, rehost, or otherwise provide access to the Software or your licence key through any other channel.
5.Activation and licence keys
A licence key is issued to you once your registration has been verified. CosmosPM may revoke a licence key at any time for a breach of this Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the Terms of Service. CosmosPM may also deactivate some or all beta licence keys at the end of the beta period, whether or not there has been a breach.
6.Data and privacy
How we collect, use, and protect data is set out in our Privacy Policy and in the Data Processing Terms within our Terms of Service, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Where you use AI-assisted features of LogicReader, relevant data is sent to Anthropic as our AI processor, as disclosed in those documents.
7.Warranty disclaimer (beta)
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta period. CosmosPM gives no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Software or its output. LogicReader's outputs — including critical paths, float, Logic Health scores, Logic Decay credence, schedule comparisons, and AI-generated summaries and analyses — are decision-support tools, not professional, engineering, or legal advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it. See our Output Disclaimer for full detail.
8.Limitation of liability
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, CosmosPM is not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Software. CosmosPM's total direct liability to you under this Agreement is limited to £100 or the total fees you paid to CosmosPM in the 12 months before the claim arose, whichever is greater.
If you are a consumer (acting wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession), nothing in this Agreement affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which cannot be excluded or limited.
9.Termination
This Agreement terminates automatically if the Terms of Service are terminated, if your licence key is revoked, or when the beta period ends. Clauses 2 (Intellectual property), 7 (Warranty disclaimer), 8 (Limitation of liability), 10 (Governing law), and 11 (Entire agreement) survive termination.
10.Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
11.Entire agreement
This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, forms the entire agreement between you and CosmosPM regarding your use of the Software. This version (beta-2026-07) supersedes any prior version. Where CosmosPM issues a new version, continued use after that version takes effect requires your re-acceptance.
Feedback.
If you send CosmosPM feedback, suggestions, or bug reports about the Software, you grant CosmosPM a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that feedback for any purpose, without obligation to you.
