No seat minimum. Every paying owner also gets two free seats for colleagues.
Colleagues join by invitation from someone who already has a licence. The free pilot is fourteen days of the complete product, canvas and export included — when it ends nothing is taken away; you keep every schedule you built.

A desktop version that runs entirely on your own machine — no data leaves it, no internet needed after first launch. Built for teams whose IT environment can’t use a hosted app.
For enterprise clients who need LogicReader inside their own perimeter: a single-tenant install on a server you control. We set it up and hand you the keys. It works behind Zscaler and other corporate filters.

Before the end of 2026. We are buying the commercial licence for the visualisation engine first, and we will not take money before it is in place. Nothing about the free tier changes when that happens — it is not a trial that runs out.
Yes, and the pilot is always free. It is fourteen days of the complete product, canvas and export included, unlocked either by a code we show at a live demonstration or by an invitation from someone who already has a licence. When it ends nothing is taken away — you keep every schedule you built and drop back to the free tier, and the next demonstration can start you again. Email evangeloskourentzis@cosmospm.com.

Short answer: nowhere it doesn’t have to. Schedules you upload live on a UK-hosted server behind authentication, with TLS in transit and encryption at rest. You can delete them at any time. The planned inside-the-firewall delivery runs entirely inside your perimeter, so data never leaves your network.
