Three delivery channels, one product

Every roadmap item lands in three channels at once because all three share one frontend codebase:

Local development — Node + npm, for the team and contributors.
Hosted demo — logicreader.io, a Hostinger VPS behind basic auth, for early-access participants.
Desktop JAR — A single Java file with embedded server, runs offline, no data leaves the laptop. The answer for IT-restricted enterprise clients. Alpha in Q4 2026.
